Driverless Technology Conference Returns for Second Year

In the face of rapidly expanding technological capabilities for self-driving cars, highly automated and autonomous vehicles the Driverless Technology Conference is set to return for its second year. After the success of the first event last November, the organisers are delighted to announce the launch of the Driverless Technology Conference 2016 scheduled to take place in Milton Keynes on November 22nd. Now in its second edition this year's event will focus upon accelerating growth within the UK market.

The Driverless Technology Conference (DTC16) focuses on accelerating growth within driverless technology and maintaining the UKs position at the forefront of industry development. DTC'16 addresses the new business models and use cases that are linked to driverless technology actively being pursued, researched and sold by major automakers & key disruptors in the market alike. This year's event will feature a conference, demonstrations, networking and break-out exhibition.


The DTC16 conference will address the use of innovative driverless technology in real-world environments and provide a strategic overview of the development needed to enable driverless technology to flourish in the UK. Presentations will examine current policy framework, regulatory roadmaps, industry forecasts, insurance & liability, legal challenges, investment and consumer acceptance. Time will also be afforded to discussion of mobility & connectivity, 5G, communication, active safety, advanced road mapping, cybersecurity, future innovation and key technological developments.

The Driverless Technology Conference will also feature live demonstrations of driverless technology providing delegates with the opportunity for first-hand experience with a range of new industry technologies.
