Aero Surveillance Inc. introduces the New ASF 15 Light Unmanned Aircraft Surveillance System
London - September 17th 2015 - Aero Surveillance announces the new ASF Unmanned Airborne Surveillance System designed for short-range operations. The new ASF 15 is a light System that integrates highly sophisticated onboard and ground based image-processing capabilities as well as secured multi-channel communications.
The new ASF 15 includes the following systems:
• The FA 15 unmanned aircraft vehicle is a light pylon pusher electric aircraft capable of carrying 2 to 3 Kg of payload for up to 2 hours. The FA 15 has a max takeoff weight of 8.5 Kg and can be launched by hand or by catapult
• A high precision dual sensor gyro-stabilized gimbal with both HD and Infrared as well as laser range finder in an efficient SWAP package
• A compact transportable ASG T150 dual display control station equipped with a short or medium range communication system. Alternatively a very light mobile dual Ground Control Station can be used for controlling the aircraft and receiving imagery
• The ASF 15 is well positioned for civilian and defense applications including ISR, special operations, critical infrastructure as well as maritime operations
