Cyngn Secures its 23nd U.S. Patent: Modular Sensor System for Automated Guided Vehicles

Since August 2023, Cyngn has been granted 13 additional patents, bringing the total U.S. patents granted to 23.

Cyngn (Nasdaq: CYN) announced the official granting of a new patent, 12,332,083 for the Company's innovative autonomous vehicle (AV) solutions.

The patent, Modular Sensor System For Automated Guided Vehicles, introduces a modular sensor system that is configured to be coupled to existing industrial machines while making few, if any, modifications to the industrial machine. The significance of this patent lies in the adjustability of the modular sensor system that may be used with different industrial machines having varied geometries and/or operation constraints.

"Since August 2023, we've been granted thirteen additional patents, bringing our total to 23 U.S. patents," said Lior Tal, CEO of Cyngn."This milestone underscores our commitment to advancing autonomous technology while strengthening a patent portfolio that safeguards our innovations. Each new patent reflects the effort of our team and our focus on building practical solutions that are transforming material handling."

The grant of this patent continues Cyngn's intellectual property strategy, further bolstering its technologically-driven position in the AV industry.
